She brings to her work over 25 years of leadership coaching and strategic HR experience. She is known for her empathetic coaching style, which creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore their leadership potential and progress toward their goals. As a trusted advisor to leaders across industries, Carolyn has successfully guided numerous organizations through the process of navigating major market and talent shifts as well as driving major cultural changes that deliver business value.
In addition to running Leadership 360, Carolyn is an advocate for diversity in leadership, regularly contributing to thought leadership in the field and volunteering her time to mentor and support emerging leaders from underrepresented backgrounds.
Carolyn held global HR executive roles at Electronic Arts, TIBCO Software, Siebel Systems, and was a strategic rewards consultant at Mercer Consulting. Carolyn holds a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Miami University and an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan.
